Questions to...Christopher Barzak

Well, I've just arrived on the english-language (?) blogosphere, but I've had a french book blog for a year and a half now, and I always wanted to create a new rubric, where I would ask some questions to authors willing to answer. Indeed, when I really like a book, I'd like to be able to discuss it with its author, to know if I understood him, or just made my own interpretation of the book. Well in fact I think we all made our own interpretation of books, but also music and arts in general. Everything depends on our lives, our moods,... [Lire la suite]

Booking Through Thursday : Volume

Booking Through Thursday : oh, Horror!

What with yesterday being Halloween, and all... do you read horror? Stories of things that go bump in the night and keep you from sleeping? I thought about asking you about whether you were participating in NaNoWriMo, but I asked that last year. Although...if you want to answer that one, too, please feel free to go ahead and do both, or either, your choice! Well, indeed I like to read horror stories. When I was younger, I was a big reader of authors as Stephen King, Dean Koontz, Peter Straub or Graham Masterton, and others too. But... [Lire la suite]
